User Permissions lets company owners and managers invite teammates and control what they can access.

User table

The table shows user name, username, access scope, authorized sites, last visit time, status, and actions. Last visit uses local time.

Edit a user

Use Edit User to update name and access permissions. Store and marketplace access determines which data the user can view.

Change password

Use Change Password when a teammate needs a new password. The password form follows the same length guidance as registration and can generate a random password.

Delete a user

Delete User requires confirmation. The default confirmation action is cancel so accidental Enter key presses do not remove a user.
