QMT helps Amazon sellers understand sales, profit, inventory, advertising performance, and store operations in one place. This guide walks through the first setup steps for a new account.
Home is the first place to confirm sales, ad cost, profit, and sync health.
What to set up first
Connect your Amazon store. Go to Amazon Stores and connect your store with Amazon Selling Partner API access.
Authorize Ads API if you use Amazon Ads. This lets QMT sync advertising spend and campaign performance for Ad Analytics and profit calculations.
Review your Profile settings. Confirm your timezone, currency, and account email so reports and billing information are easy to read.
Open Home. Use Home to confirm that orders, units, sales metrics, profit, inventory, and ad metrics are syncing.
How data updates
Sales metrics such as orders and units generally update faster than profit-related costs. Profit data depends on fees, refunds, advertising cost, and other cost components that may settle later.
Recommended first checks
Use By Product to review performance by SKU.
Use By Store to compare store and marketplace performance.
Use Products and Inventory to confirm SKU, ASIN, fulfillment, and stock data.
Use Billing to confirm payment history and plan status.
