Profit breakdowns explain how QMT calculates profit for a product or store. They are useful when the total profit number changes and you need to understand why.
Profit breakdown shows the major revenue and cost components behind the profit total.
Common components
Revenue: product sales and related order revenue.
Amazon fees: referral fees, FBA fees, and other marketplace fees.
Other order fees: additional order-level fees returned by Amazon reports.
Recurring fees: recurring Amazon charges such as storage-related fees where available.
Ad costs: advertising spend synced from Ads API.
Purchase costs: product cost maintained in QMT.
Custom costs: additional costs entered by your team.
Why totals may update later
Profit-related fees may arrive after orders and units. A recent order can appear quickly while some fees and refunds settle later.
