FAQ: Why do some numbers update later than others?

Orders and units can update quickly because they come from order activity. Profit-related values often depend on fee, refund, advertising, and cost data that can arrive later.

What this means

If an order appears but profit looks incomplete, wait for the related costs to settle and sync. This is normal for Amazon reporting workflows.

What to check

Confirm SP-API authorization is active.
Confirm Ads API authorization is active if ad cost is missing.
Check whether the selected date range includes the expected order date.
