Connect or re-authorize an Amazon store

Amazon Stores is where you connect QMT to Amazon Selling Partner API and Advertising API. These authorizations are required before QMT can sync orders, products, inventory, and ad performance.

Connect a store

  1. Open Settings > Amazon Stores.
  2. Select Add Store.
  3. Enter a clear store name. Use a name your team will recognize.
  4. Save the store, then use Authorize to continue to Amazon.
  5. Select the correct region and complete Amazon authorization.

Regions

The North America region includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Europe and other regions may include several marketplaces under one authorization group.

Authorize Ads

If you run Amazon Ads, use Authorize Ads after SP-API authorization. Ads API access lets QMT sync spend, impressions, clicks, orders, units, ACOS, ROAS, and campaign performance.

Re-authorize or revoke access

Use Re-authorize when Amazon authorization expires or when QMT shows an authorization failed state. Use revoke actions only when you intentionally want to remove QMT's access. Revoking access stops future sync for that API until it is authorized again.
