How to use the claims feature


Claims currently support the statistics of damaged and lost inventory over the past 18 months, and check the compensation status.

Open the FBA Inventory page, click the claims TAB, it shows as follows

The table lists the amount of compensation payable by Amazon and the estimated amount, etc.

Click the corresponding row, and the following page will pop up.


Open a Case according to the appeal address, click "Copy" in the figure above, fill in the corresponding content and send it.

After the Case ID is manually entered into our system, the claim status will change to "claim in progress", and the system will continue to follow up the claim statusIn addition.

click the "Inventory" and "Compensation" TAB pages, you can see the specific situation of inventory reconciliation.



In addition, if the claim has been filed for more than 10 days, the claim status will automatically change to "Claim failed".
